Flipboard for iPad app review
Intro: Flipboard is a new, free application for the iPad which has one basic function: to take your social networking tools (read: Facebook and Twitter) and turn them into social "magazines."...
Final words: who is this going to be useful for? It's an interesting idea, of course, but who follows enough people on Twitter to make this application truly entertaining? Flipboard has a lot of potential to be an engaging and powerful new way to look at our social media. It just doesn't have enough meat to keep me interested yet.

First look at “revolutionary” social news iPad app: Flipboard
Intro: You've seen Twitter clients like TweetDeck or Seesmic, but you've never seen one like this. You've seen news readers like NewsGator, Google Reader, or, even, newer ones for iPad like Pulse, but you've never seen one like this...
Final words: If you have an iPad already do you agree that this is a "killer app?" If you don't have an iPad does this push you over the purchasing decision line?

Flipboard (for iPad)
Intro: Flipboard, Apple's 2010 iPad App of the Year and one of Time's Top 50 Innovations of 2010, represents a new way for content-hungry readers and social networkers to discover and digest new articles, photos, and other media...
Final words: Flipboard was plenty of fun to use in its first iteration, and has gotten better with this update. It's a superb alternative to RSS feeds, browsing individual sites, and following Facebook and Twitter feeds, making it an Editors' Choice award-winning app.

Flipboard for iPad review
Intro: Jaded, bitter old hacks that we are, it's a rare piece of software that causes everyone in CNET UK Towers to go "ooooh" and feel the infantile delight of toying with something that might -- just might -- be really brilliant. We got that feeling with Flipboard, a free app for Apple's iPad that turns your social networks into a virtual magazine...
Final words: Not only is Flipboard a really innovative service, but it's beautifully implemented. There are a few missing features, but, for now, we're perfectly happy to use the service as it is and wait patiently for updates. This is the best social app we've seen for the iPad so far, and one of the best apps we've ever seen on any platform. Costing exactly zero pennies to download from the App Store, you really have nothing to lose by trying it.

Flipboard for iPad Review
Intro: I love to read. If I could, I would read every interesting blog post ever published. I realize it is impossible, but I still attempt to do it. Frequently I found myself drowning in articles. It was hard to prioritize what to read until I discovered Flipboard...
Final words: The main reason I love Flipboard and use it all the time is that it not only allows me to read the content quickly, but to share it with attribution(!!) to my social networks. It is fast, very customizable, and feature rich. It has great interface and well-designed for iPad. There are some minor limitations, however. There is no scheduling of tweets - what you share gets posted immediately. The sharing is limited to your social networks, email, and Instapaper. It would be great if the app integrated with other services like Delicious, Evernote, Stumbleupon, etc.

Flipboard Review
Intro: The makers of Flipboard weren't the first to add a well-designed interface to the typically boring realm of newsfeed delivery, but its app is now the one to beat. Building on the idea that your friends are the best news curators, Flipboard not only presents the links shared on social networks, but also the content behind it...
Final words: Flipboard isn't just a pretty face. The well-designed interface is backed by a robust feature set, making reading news items and viewing web photos a great experience. We wish the app had better offline support so that travelers and commuters could enjoy it even when the Internet isn't available, but Flipboard offers the best combination of customization and user-friendliness among the news aggregation apps.
