Terra is the fast web browser with tabs, full screen and other functions. It's better than Safari and has unbelievable price - it's FREE! Terra has everything you missed in Safari: unlimited tabs, full screen browsing, text search and ability to save web pages for offline reading. All that you want is here. Enjoy desktop class web browsing experience. Create as many tabs as you need, quickly switch between opened web pages and open links in new tabs. Take advantage of the 100% of the iPad screen. Hide toolbars and tabs with one tap. You can save web pages to read them offline with all images preserved. Easily find a word on the web page. Great for long Wikipedia articles. Use swipe gestures for easy navigation while surfing the Internet. You can add your favorite web pages to the bookmarks. Open a new tab and quickly navigate to any preferred web site. Terra excels bookmark management. Add bookmarks, create multiple nested folders. You can set Terra to pretend IE 6, Desktop Safari or Firefox to browse desktop versions of the web sites. When private mode is turned on, your browsing history and cookies are not saved. Protect application with password. Best way to keep your bookmarks, recently visited web sites and saved pages private. Share interesting web pages with friends and colleagues. Tap and hold on the image to save it, exactly like in Safari.

Terra Web Browser – iPad App Review
Intro: From the creators of the ReaddleDocs office suite comes Terra, a web browser meant to extend beyond what Safari can offer. Most iPad users will agree that there isn’t anything -wrong- with mobile Safari, but I believe you’ll also hear from them that there are a few things that aren’t quite right. Terra addresses those items by having implemented a wish list of features...
Final words: What I liked: I love tabbed browsing. I especially love being able to switch between tabs with a three-fingered swipe. Also, the addition of fully featured offline browsing could be very valuable for those of us on limited data plans or WiFi only devices. What I didn’t like: Not being able to change the default browser in iOS means there are limits to a full adoption of Terra. While this is beyond the control of this app, it’s still a consideration. To buy or not to buy: When you consider that Terra is free, it’s hard not to recommend giving it a try.

Terra Is A Powerful, Free Alternative To iPad’s Safari
Intro: Currently the #1 free app in the iPad App Store, Terra Web Browser is one of those apps I didn’t know if I should take for a spin at first. There’s no shortage of alternative browsers for iPad: from the excellent iCab Mobile (which I use on a daily basis) to more innovative solutions like Sleipnir, it’s very easy to achieve the perfect browsing experience on the tablet if you think Safari is too limited and you’re willing to spend a few extra bucks...
Final words: What most impressed me about Terra, though, is how it handles tabs. Not only the app is stable and can handle dozens of open pages just fine (tested last night, 13 open tabs and none of them reloaded after several minutes of navigation), it’s also got a nice popup menu that will show a webpage’s full title as you tap & hold a tab. If you have a lot of open tabs and you can only see the favicons, that’s quite handy. Switching between tabs is not as fast as iCab, but it’s more than acceptable. The animations are smooth and, overall, the system works well.

Final words: A simple, stable and clean alternative to Safari, the Terra Web Browser iPad app is the best free browser available if you’re unsatisfied with Safari.
Intro: Apple’s Safari browser for iPad hasn’t seen any major changes in UI since iOS 3.x. The browser is very fast, intuitive but lacks in some key features. One of the major drawbacks of Safari is that it does not support tabbed browsing. The App Store offers some great alternatives to safari and now Terra for iPad 2 is here to offer superior browsing experience on Apple’s tablet...
Final words: If you are looking for a new browser or just want to experience the web more efficiently then we highly recommend Terra for iPad.

Terra Web Browser iPad app Review
Intro: Terra Web Browser for the iPad is an alternative to the Safari Browser. This free browser offers some much requested features such as Tabs, Gestures, and download management. This is not a perfect browser with some very glaring faults but may be a good second browser if the features are something you need...
Final words: I cant say I would recommend this browser until they fix the site rendering problem. If you just hate Safari's tabs then maybe give this a try for a second browser. If you know of another browser that does it all let me know.
